The only Class II chemical indicator that detects all four critical sterilisation parameters — including air removal — in a single strip.
If air isn't fully removed from your steriliser, no handpiece is safe.
X-Class tells you before it becomes a patient safety issue.

How It Works
Unlike standard indicators that only respond to temperature, X-Class strips respond to all four sterilisation parameters: temperature, time, steam penetration, and air removal.
Air pockets trapped inside hollow instruments — such as dental handpieces — prevent steam from reaching internal surfaces.
This is the most common and dangerous cause of sterilisation failure.
X-Class is the only Class II indicator sensitive enough to detect air removal failure before it causes a compliance breach or patient infection.
Where To Use
-
Inside the X-PCD process challenge device — run in every steriliser cycle
-
Inside any metallic helix or PCD device used for hollow load testing
-
Alongside every load containing dental handpieces, turbines, or air/water syringes
-
As part of the daily steriliser monitoring log required by AS/NZS 4815
